Account Manager – Marketing Impact, Wellington

Marketing Impact is one of New Zealand’s leading providers of direct marketing, bulk mail and email services. We’re proud to be delivering practical communication solutions to some of the country’s largest private and government sector organisations.

If you have account management experience and a customer focused, can-do attitude you’ll feel right at home in our busy Wellington team. You’ll look after a portfolio of clients and manage a wide range of mail and email projects. You’ll provide quotations, liaise with suppliers, manage graphic design and print production as well as bulk mail processing and email marketing.

This is a practical, roll-your-sleeves-up role with plenty of variety. It requires strong multi-tasking skills and an ability to pay attention to detail, deliver to deadlines and work as part of a team that’s passionate about delivering high quality customer service.

Ideal experience and skills

• You MUST be passionate about working with people and serving customers
• Have a minimum of two years account management experience
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ideally have experience in direct marketing, graphic design, print production and/or email marketing
• Have a keen desire to embrace and learn new technology
• Have a good understanding of MS Excel and Word
• Have strong time/project management skills
• Be able to liaise and negotiate with external and internal suppliers and resources
• Attention to detail is essential
• You must be able to work autonomously, but raise your hand and ask for help when needed

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit and a NZ driver’s license.
