Marketing Cloud Solutions Consultant – Auckland, New Zealand

This position will focus on email / SMS / Social campaigns that support a multi-channel online marketing strategy. You will be expected to have a functional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its capabilities. Candidates who have experience documenting and defining system and business requirements for clients will be preferred. You should enjoy solving complex problems in a wide variety of contexts including data analysis and using SQL.

In this position, you will:
• Develop strategies how to improve existing Omni channel marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with Project Managers to implement assigned system projects
• Monitor the satisfaction of users before, during, and after new system implementations
• Perform gap analysis as needed to determine future system capabilities
• Provide functional support before, during, and after new system implementations
