Marketing Cloud Technical Consultant – Auckland, New Zealand

This position will focus on providing back end technical expertise to build Email / SMS / Social campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud that support a multi-channel online marketing strategy.

A strong technical background across a wide range of platforms and technologies is a must. A solid understanding of data structures and strong competency with SQL essential and an existing New Zealand passport or residency is ideal.

Having functional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its capabilities is preferred but not essential. Candidates who have experience documenting and defining system and business requirements for clients will be preferred. You should enjoy solving complex problems in a wide variety of contexts. In this position, you will:

• Coordinate with Project Managers to implement assigned system projects
• Work with other Solutions Consultants to implement their solutions
• Produce and run Test Plans to ensure your solutions meet requirements
• Perform data import and analysis as needed
• Provide functional support before, during, and after new system implementations
• Train in the use of Marketing Cloud to work towards your own certifications.
