Senior Account Manager - Auckland

Across our Auckland and Wellington operations we are the highest volume provider of direct marketing mail and email services in New Zealand and one of the largest mail houses running essential mail communications.

This exciting role in our Auckland office will give you the opportunity to utilise your outstanding communication skills working with a fantastic team of people, while juggling the varied, pressured and challenging needs of our clients. Ideally, you are currently an Account Manager within the marketing/communications industry looking for the next step up in your career.

Reporting to an Account Director, you will be tasked with managing your own portfolio of clients including some of New Zealand’s biggest organisations. You will be experienced at managing relationships with senior marketers, IT, Operations, GMs and able to problem solve with ease. Developing and establishing strong working relationships with your clients and colleagues will be key to your success in this role.

It is essential that you are an enthusiastic team player with exceptional communication and relationship management skills, have an impeccable eye for detail and the ability to prioritise your work. Highly organised and proactive in your approach, you will have a flexible work ethic and will be comfortable managing multiple projects at any one time.

This is a fast paced, deadline driven role, therefore, your motivation for success will be supported by a proven ability to trouble shoot and analyse complex issues with campaigns to find appropriate solutions.
